God Speed Discovery!

It only took 3 attempts to get Discovery flying



and as gorgeous as night launches are my camera sure doesn't like them :(

The most expensive 3 hours of tv watching in my life...

I think I averaged oh 125 bucks an hour to sit in a chair and watch TV- oh and get 2 fillings removed and 1 replaced and 1 crown all within those 3 hours- don't we just love tooth pain

All in all not my kind of entertainment

Someone is a fan...

I noticed this re-named since I last drove on the road street on the way to the dentist today...

Is when I went to St.Augustine and I found the pictures to prove it. I have not lost it as much as I figured...,

INTERVENTION!!!!

So today we had a team meeting and that where things went wrong... Is it a BAD thing when the meeting is adjourned only to continue next week? All though the meeting I kept having Mart flashbacks of the Toy Dept Meeting that also started off innocently and lasted over 5 hours (which I think in all honesty this one would've had it not been for another meeting scheduled on top of us..)

Sadly I wish we had a manager that was impartial as I think we would be better off but since they all think Capt can do no wrong its going to be a lost cause I think


Least I did get approval for 1/2 the time off I wanted- Hopefully itll be dead so I can get the last 2 days off I want so I can do 2 stop vacation and not just a one stop...

Sigh

So Ive decided its time to get caught back up on my scrapbooks since the last event I really scrapped was oh Halloween 07... So I was digging around to see what I have to scrap and I've come to the realization that either I a) Never took pictures in the months of Feb, March, May, June, August and October of 2008 or b) I've lost/deleted them somehow... Sadly I can't tell you which one is right- However I do know I have at least 1 event thats gone MIA and that was my day trip to St. Augustine (though I can't tell you WHEN I went to save my life so I don't know when to look for the pictures..)

sigh- I really didnt want to catch up did I? Now Im just frustrated

So I was discussing my little 365 project and my love of taking pics of the 'rails and the question was raised is in the past 8 months have I photographed all 12 colors of the rails.....

So yes I do have pics of all 12- though not all of them are good pictures...

Privilege or Punishment?

So apparently I'm "privileged" to be chosen to work the "Pete was told to raise 50,000 bucks and he decided it would be great to open a coffee shop in the west rotunda despite the fact that there is one less than 200 feet away in the main hotel lobby" and since I'm the only one who knows Matra its become my job next week... I hate coffee and I don't want to work the (&^$ shop in the rotunda

Why are they punishing me? I really need to learn how to suck at my job

So apparently Epcot isn't alone...

So I thought it was *just* Epcot that needed the arrows pointing the way to the theme park.. Apparently DAK also needed the help (though I will say they are not *as* funny at DAK cause you cant see the icons from the 'lot but still...) Now I need to check Studios and MK to see if they also have the arrows...
